Return and Refunds For Items Purchased Through Our Service

If you’ve purchased items through our service and would like us to return them for you, we provide a free return service provided your items are in returnable condition (may not be altered in any way from intended state), within 30 days of the first available pick-up/delivery date, and dropped off at our Langford location. Or, we can collect from your location for a collection fee, calculated based on your address.

After 30 days and after IKEA’s 45 day return policy, there may be an associated administration fee and IKEA may not refund the full purchase amount.

If you’re located in the Nanaimo or North Island areas, we can arrange for our Nanaimo representative to meet with you at an agreeable location to collect your items to be returned.

If you have purchased products directly from IKEA or any of your favorite Vancouver and Vancouver Island shops and wish to return them through Add2cart, please contact us to discuss how we can assist.

Return Policy For Items You’ve Purchased From Your Favorite Vancouver Shops And Had Delivered To You By Add2cart

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase, it may be returned to Add2cart’s Langford location within 30 days of the first available pick-up/delivery date for a complimentary return. Or, we can collect from your location for a collection fee, calculated based on your address

If you’re located in the Nanaimo or North Island areas, we can arrange for our Nanaimo representative to meet with you at an agreeable location to collect your items to be returned.

Out-Of-Stock Policy For IKEA Products Purchased Through Add2cart 

If any product ordered through Add2cart is out-of-stock during the initial shop that the order was placed for, Add2cart will notify the client via email with the following options:

Client may choose to have Add2cart attempt to procure the out-of-stock merchandise on subsequent trips to IKEA.

Client may choose to have Add2cart procure alternate items of equal size, weight, and quantity for no additional fees. (Any price differences would be due at the time of pick-up or delivery)

Client may choose to cancel the out-of-stock portion of an order, and Add2cart will issue a refund including the cost of the product, associated service fees (minus our non-refundable Administration/Order fee, if applicable), and tax via e-transfer within 7-10 business days.

Please note, IKEA products are often sold as combinations containing multiple pieces that are all sold separately. Occasionally, individual pieces of a combination will be out-of-stock. Due to the volume of our shops and IKEA’s fluctuating stock, all items are included on our order and all available pieces are purchased (either in-store or for delivery to us directly from IKEA’s Distribution Center). We then process all items at our Head Office location in Langford. Any pieces of combinations that are collected/purchased, can be returned for no addition fees if the whole combination is cancelled, however, the service fee for the collected/purchased portion will be non-refundable.

Missing Parts, Damages 

In the event any product received from Add2cart is damaged or found to have latent manufacturing defects, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll make arrangements to assist with the replacement for you at no cost, within 30 days of the date of purchase (or within the individual store’s policy). We will provide our available dates/times for damaged pieces to be dropped off at our location and the next available dates/times to pick-up once replaced at the store location.

If you’re located in the Nanaimo or North Island areas, we can arrange for our Nanaimo representative to meet with you at an agreeable location to collect and deliver any pieces needing replacement.

In the event any product received from Add2cart is missing a part, please contact Add2cart via email within 30 days of product purchase (or within the individual store’s policy). Add2cart will collect the missing part as soon as possible. We will provide the next available dates/times to pick-up up once collected from the store location.
